金牌中餐厅少 安壹号主厨金强门徒 游历故国 各天，遍寻特性好食，畴昔数年，他的采风之旅曾到访过东北，湖北，内受古，山东等天。对峙选用当天下品量的应季食材，并将坐异灵感与本汁本味无缺流利意会 ，1 月至3 月，少 安壹号邀您随从追随金门徒 一起 收略各天鲜味 之细 髓, 如草本足抓肉、剁椒蒸笋壳鱼战油爆河虾卷煎饼等。
From January until March, showcasing a special selection of Chef Kent Jin's personal favourites from his past culinary journeys to provinces around China. Over the past year, Chef Jin has travelled to many locations including Dongbei, Hunnan, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and others. Highest quality local and seasonal ingredients are sourced from these provinces to produce authentic dishes, each representing the heart and soul of the origins of the dishes.
Highlights include the Steamed soon hock fish with Hunan preserved chilli dish, the Mongolian style poached lamb with dried spices to the Stir-fried spring river shrimp with Shandong pancake.

The award-winning Made in China offers a selection of Northern Chinese specialties served in a stimulating contemporary setting.
Traditional dishes are expertly prepared in our show kitchens and presented in an innovative and exciting way, while the carefully selected wine cellar and extensive tea menu complete this true culinary experience. The Peking Duck and Beggar’s Chicken as well as the decadent desserts are some of Beijing’s favourites. In addition, Made in China offers five private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests.
